My fatigue is different than your exhaustion

Think it’s important to remember every day is different and you have no control over it. Keep encouraging yourself to go with the flow and not put any pressure on yourself or loved ones

Fatigue

I try to find ways to deal with the fatigue without just monging out in front of the TV all the time. I find that floating in water is very healing for me. The key for me is to keep it simple.

As you know if you experience fatigue most likely you are not capable of changing clothes to get in the pool I just go in with whatever I have on.

Today the fatigue so bad I couldn’t even fathom floating in the pool, much less getting in and out of the pool. I also felt there would not be any point in time I would feel like actually taking a shower and drying off. I completely passed out into a deep sleep in the recliner for a couple hours. And as I predicted, did not wake up with a burst of energy.

Insomnia

It can be hard to fall asleep, hard to stay asleep, or cause you to wake up too early and not be able to get back to sleep. You may still feel tired when you wake up. Insomnia can sap not only your energy level and mood but also your health, work performance and quality of life. Naps are important and must be taken when out of nowhere instant sleep is available.
